Suggestion: Give kings of nations a command to kick anyone from any town in their nation #1524

Is it possible to have a command that allows nation kings to kick people from 
towns in the nation other than his/her own? I'm the king of the nation on 
Rawcritics and I constantly find myself in situations where I'm sitting by, 
powerless, as someone in a nation town is doing something that calls for them 
to be kicked but the mayor of that town is offline. If there were a command 
that allowed me, as the king of the nation, to kick people from other towns, it 
wouldn't be an issue. The argument that it could be abused can be said for 
mayors. Kicking people for the hell of it or abusing the command would only 
harm a king's nation, so I don't see this being a problem.

No, if the king has issue with a player he can kick the town, but he doesn't 
get control of the town itself.
