Towny seems to have eaten all but three towns.

No one else is having this. Re-do this if you want, this ticket is invalid for 
not properly being filled out.

Sooo.... is it Towny causing it? mysql? Is there anything that would list the 
old towns residents or balances in a log file somewhere? This has like 
seriously screwed over my server.
