War Flag Colour Change Message on console reposrt incorrect colour. #1564

This is more of a minor aesthetic bug than anything.  When a War flag is 
placed, the wool colours rotate every so often as the attack progresses and 
console messages appear with the notifications of the colour change as well.  
However, the console message displays the incorrect flag colour.

For example, the console will report "Flag at world (X, Y) turned BLUE." when 
the wool actually turns Yellow.  The messages seem to be using the Dye Colour 
Damage Value instead of the Wool Colour Damage Value.
