Suggestion: option for allowing to pick up items in a plot/town #1578

I'd wish there was a way to stop people from picking up stuff on other peoples 
plot/town. You can grief by picking up anything somebody harvests and eggs. 

On our server there is a strong group of players who are with diamond gear and 
enchanted weapons who follow the players in other towns and try to pick up 
whatever they  harvest. Eggs, wheat, wood, etc. You can't fight them as they 
overpower you and you can't block them because you can always dig a way in 
somehow (mineshafts, caverns, etc)

Sounds like your players need to make walls.
