Suggestion: Option to disable using /home on foreign territory #1579

There should be option for disabling using /home command when you are not in 
wilderness/at your own town's area. Or atleast an option to increase teleport 
duration on diffrent areas (own town/wilderness/foreign town)

This is up to the plugin that has the /home command, they need to hook towny's 
API

So can someone recommend a homes plugin that works with Towny?

I'd suggest asking the devs of the plugin you're using. I don't know of any 
that already do.

Towny now has a type of built-in home-setting. See the changelog for towny 
0.84.0.11
