"Deposit is not registered"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Essentials Eco latest release, plus either Vault or Register latest release.
2. Install plugins and ensure players have permission: - 
towny.command.town.deposit 
3. Restart Server
4. Run /town deposit {quantity}

What is the expected output? "Player deposited {quantity} into the town bank."

What do you see instead? "[Towny] Deposit is not registered."

What is your Towny version number? 0.82.1.0

What is your TownyChat version number? 0.36

What is your Bukkit version number? 1.4.7 R1

What operating system? Unknown

Skipping these files is not an option. It is the easiest way to diagnose an
issue ticket properly. If you do skip this step then your ticket will most

That looks fine. Towny starts and sees vault, vault in turn sees Ess Eco. 

Have you made sure that those newer versions of vault and ess eco are 
compatible?

If need be, you can add Register.jar to your plugins folder, it supports EssEco 
and towny will use it instead of Vault if it is present.
