Towny doesn't start on MCPC+ 1.4.7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install MCPC+ 1.4.7 R1.1
2. Install any of latest Towny builds
3. That's it! You broke Towny!

What is your Towny version number? :

What is your Bukkit version number? :
MCPC+ 1.4.7-R1.1 (based on BC 1.4.7-R1.1)

What operating system? :
Debian 6.0 squeeze x64 (LAMP)

I cleared the Towny folder to create new clear configs.

The error is always the same on any build (0.82.1.0 Release or latest dev-build 
0.82.1.7):
org.bukkit.plugin.IllegalPluginAccessException: Plugin attempted to register 
com.palmergames.bukkit.towny.listeners.TownyPlayerListener@1a4a1da8 while not 
enabled

Please, provide any help ASAP, my server cries in desperation! :'(
