XP problem (Feed The Beast/computercraft)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create melee turtle with a programm to attack
2. Place a mob
3. The XP is not drop

What is the expected output? :
- The XP is not drop
What do you see instead? :
- Sorry, I'm french
What is your Towny version number? :
- Last (0.82.1.8
What is your TownyChat version number? :
- Same (last)
What is your Bukkit version number? :
- MCPC+ 224, Bukkit 1.4.7-R1.1/
What operating system? :

Please use pastebin.com to link the following files:
- Your full server startup from server.log,
- No problem in logs
- Your towny config.yml,

- Your townyperms.yml,

- Your permissions file.

In the case of chat-issues please link your:
- Chatconfig.yml

- Channels.yml

Skipping these files is not an option. It is the easiest way to diagnose an
issue ticket properly. If you do skip this step then your ticket will most
likely be deleted and you will be asked to resubmit.
