Incompatible with Mystcraft #1617

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Mystcraft
2.Create a world
3.Towny crashes itself

What is the expected output? : Towny would start up

What do you see instead? : Towny does not and locks everyone in place

What is your Towny version number? : 1.4.7r1

What is your TownyChat version number? : whatever came with that

What is your Bukkit version number? : MCPC Plus 1.1

What operating system? : Windows

Skipping these files is not an option. It is the easiest way to diagnose an

Get a bukkit multiworld plugin.

That did not work. It is still locking people. Towny just needs to support 
Mystcraft.

OH! I think I found the problem! The world registers as world_myst/age5 and the 
folder structure is world_myst and then all the ages are in there like age5. 
Towny thinks that it is one folder and fails. Towny needs to be able to detect 
this and handle it appropriately. Does Towny publicly release source in a 
repository or something? I could help create this compatibility, even though I 
mainly work in Forge and have only played around with CraftBukkit.
