Suggestion: Support for other Economy Plugins? #1628

I'm a big fan of towny and all, but now that I'm starting my own server I want 
to use as an economy plugin: EconomyManager, Which is quite good and from what 
I heard has an extended API, So supporting it shoudn't be that hard right?

It would be awesome if you could support EconomyManager :)

If vault starts supporting economymanager then it would work. This isn't really 
towny's to add.
