Getting some strang errors:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. restarting the server
2. sometime it happens randomly
3. maby when something is begin used

What operating system? : ubuntu lts 12.04

It looks as though you've got the revert on unclaim turned on and it is 
breaking on some of the modded blocks you use.

Stop the server, delete the plot-block-data folder and the regen_queue.txt 
files. Start the server and in each world turn off the revert on unclaim using 
/tw toggle revertunclaim.

You should probably so turn off the explosion revert in each world using /tw 
toggle revertexpl

i was looking for a solution for my problem which seams something similar
i use mods when i generate the world using the mod industrialcraft create a 
town claim land build something unclaim the revert dont work and brings up that 
error message

21:02:10 [WARNING] [Towny] Task #30 for Towny v0.82.1.0 generated an exception 
java.lang.NullPointerException
        at zz.a(Chunk.java:784)... aso .. im unable to use pastebin thats another issue so i spare you the spam you get the idea of that error message. 

from what i gathered you sugested to turn revert on unclaim of because of 
bodded blocks. my question would be what if i want to have that on including 
the modded blocks is there a way yet ? is this something you are working on or 
something you dont plan in the near future ? any information about that is much 
apreciated.

Dont use the revert on unclaim if you use a modded server.

I do not know if elgarl wants to code them to work.
