Create table for unofficial implementations and add a new unofficial implementation #103

I've been working on my own implementation of 3D-GS and working through the math which I have documented here.

I created a table for all of the unofficial implementations with some basic information and added my implementation to the list. I hope this makes it easier to get some basic information for all of the different repos without having to click all of the links.

Hey, that's cool and useful. Under blog posts there are already other gs math guides. I would suggest that you add your write up there as well as it itself helpful. Can you please add this before I merge this pr?
