Hi,

I added the following new papers:

  1. [I3D '24] Reducing the Memory Footprint of 3D Gaussian Splatting
  2. Contrastive Gaussian Clustering: Weakly Supervised 3D Scene Segmentation
  3. [SIGGRAPH '24] A Hierarchical 3D Gaussian Representation for Real-Time Rendering of Very Large Datasets

The GitHub repo links were broken for the following papers and I updated with the correct links:

  1. Fed3DGS: Scalable 3D Gaussian Splatting with Federated Learning
  2. GS-Pose: Cascaded Framework for Generalizable Segmentation-based 6D Object Pose Estimation

@z-mahmud22 Thx for adding these papers. For many reasons, I could not be as active as before over the last weeks. So I have some backlog. Anyway, thx for helping out!
