I've started a public list of 3DGS notes a couple of months ago as a gist: https://gist.github.com/JayFoxRox/cf960bcf74c7f3cf8c7181354072b25d

Would be cool if someone can integrate some of my notes into this repository. By now, I don't have time to move them myself.
