Derivative #39

Why do you consider this a derivative work if it's a full reimplementation?

For instance, I copied the rasterizer and used this as base code to optimize for speed. The rest is also to an large extend based on the original implementation. Translating it to another language does not make it your own origin work. Sure, the translation is my "creative work", but it is a derivative of the original work.
