This error seems to happen after project's spring framework update, clearing the project history file in tomcat webapps may solve the problem.

StackOverflow上说，是由于 框架更新之后，没有清理。

正好 今天升级了框架版本 5.2.9，没 clean

解决办法： mvn clean

mvn install

再远程部署到tomcat上，不再报错。
