[REQUEST] AFK Manager Plugin #6

Would be nice to create an AFK manager plugin that first puts person into Spectate Mode, then kicks them. Make kicking optional. Use CVars for "Time until spectate", "time until kick", "Kicking Enabled/Disabled", "Minium Players before starting".

Created the plugin, thought I could still add the "Minimum players before starting" cvar...
