about_page_scrollbars.css – is it works on pages like about:config, about:profile ? addon_manage_buttons_without_popup.css compact_addons_manager.css

Apparently in about_page_scrollbars.css scrollbar-color didn't quite work (though scrollbar-width did), but should work now.

The other two styles seem to work fine in Firefox 113.0.1

Note that they are content styles so they must be loaded via userContent.css not userChrome.css
