Add new file to show number of tabs in tab bar #383

A CSS tweak that I find it useful. I think it might be beneficial to have it in a more centralized place.

I think this a marvelous idea!

However, the positioning can be done in a more simple way and showing alltabs-button shouldn't really be part of it and certainly not the default behavior - although adding a note about the tabmanager pref is alright I suppose.

So I think I will reject this pull request, but I'll add a new style which achieves basically the same thing. Anyway, thanks a lot for the suggestion!
