Hamburger button #74

Hi,

I really like navbar_tabs_oneliner.css I'd like to have the hamburger button in the center between Navbar and Tabs Is it possible?

That is where the hamburger button is supposed to be with that stylesheet.

Notice that there is another style navbar_tabs_oneliner_menu_buttons_on_right.css that does put menu-button to the right side of tabs.
