Issues panel #119

Hi,

Would it be possible to add "Issues" panel/box, in a similar way that we have "Jobs," etc. Nothing special, just dump there the current issues like failed plots, collisions, "Waiting on Temp" folder, etc. Just add time stamp when it happened. That's it.

By the way, on those failed plots, maybe it would be good to add the cause (e.g., whether it was a user action or an unknown event).

I would not spend much time on polishing it, as the intention is to get some help, and potentially fix those issues, so the goal is that we will not see any issues there at some point.

I really like this idea. The logging definitely needs much improvement and it would be good an event log page/panel.
