Editing running jobs (Plotting Parameters values) #124

Hi,

I would like to have an option to edit/modify resources that are allocated to new plots in a running job (i.e., "Plotting Parameters" from the New Job dialog).

I guess, at some point PSCP will do all that behind the scenes, but for now, while we are still learning the ropes, it could help to fine tune PSCP performance.
