start a new phase 1 once the final copy has started.

100%, madmax does this by default, currently we are losing all the copy time for the plot as PSChiaPlotter doesn't start a new one until the copy is finished (unless I have a setting wrong)

-w, --waitforcopy Wait for copy to start next plot
