Powershell just hangs after the Start-ChiaHarvesterWatcher command #196

I've installed followed all the instructions but when i try and start the heat map powershell just hangs with a cursor and doesn't do anything. Any suggestions?

Same thing here, only on one PC. Was this ever resolved?
