re-design readme with table of contents plus adding community section with blogs #86

Adding blog references as suggested in #80 plus adding a table of contents to README for easier navigation (as long as there is no dedicated wiki/docs). I can remove the table of contents and only add the blogs at the end if that is preferred. TOC can be easily updated via markdown plugins such as VS Code extension Markdown All in One or manually.

Thanks for the PR. I like the blogs section, but can we just use the built-in GitHub TOC? GitHub isn't letting me post the screenshot right now, but you can click right next to README.md and see that the TOC is already there ;)

@MrPowers I did not know about this feature. Sure that seems sufficient although it is not as beautiful. I will remove the TOC then and only leave community / blogs section.
