When importing a character with an animal companion, this info is left out.
Describe the solution you'd like
Perhaps you can create two blank sheets and when pathmuncher sees that there is a companion, it asks which other actor should be used for the companion (using the companion compendium module)

You can do this manually, which is fine, but this would be a cool feature.
