Have buttons respond to Arduino states

Arduino will send us state data for the buttons. The buttons need to show what Arduino sends us since the Arduino is in charge.

If we get a NOK, turn the button back to it's previous state

This functionality is now mostly implemented.

Wishlist though is to wait to change the button until we actually get data back from the Arduino
