Windows 7 home premium 64 bit

Hi. By default, youtube-dl-gui (youtube-dlg) creates a ".cache" folder in "C:\Users\Administrator". How can you change that folder location to be in "C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming"? Thanks.
