remember not downloaded added links after close and auto reload if download stopped

first problem i noticed that if i closed the app and started it again it remove all the links downloaded and non downloaded i want it to remember the not downloaded links.

second problem is if i added links and started download and stopped it i need to press reload to make it resume download i want it to auto reload if i stopped it.
