youtube-dl-gui doesn't work at all!

There is no log, it just exit directly after showing this error message!!!

OS: Linux Mint 19.1 xfce youtube-dl: 2019.04.24 youtube-dl-gui: 0.4.1

youtube-dl works fine from the terminal
