What operating system do you use ?

List of actions to perform to reproduce the problem:
Add any URL into queue in any format (mp3, mp4, flac, etc.).
Select destination folder. Make sure at least one folder in the path to the destination folder has a title with foreign language characters (in my case, I used Japanese 日本語 characters ).
Start the download.
What is the expected behaviour ?
The downloaded files should appear in the destination folder.
What happens instead ?
The downloaded files appear outside of the destination folder. Specifically, they appear outside of the first folder that contains foreign characters in the destination path.
