Cannot Enable the Addon #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download the Addon and extract to \Blender\2.62\Scripts\io_smd_tools-126
2.Install the Addon using User Preferences
3.Attempt to enable the addon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A check mark to appear in the enable box. Nothing. No check mark appears, I 
cannot enable the addon.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
io_smd_tools-126, io_smd_tools.py is the addon I'm attempting to use with 
Blender 2.62 on Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
I can enable addons all around the "Import-Export: SMD\DMX Tools" but I can't 
enable the SMD\DMX Tools.

Your version of Blender is out of date. Use 2.63.
