Add srt subtitles for all DDV/MOVs #7

As per title, I found that http://subworkshop.sourceforge.net/ is a good tool for this. Also JPSXDEC is or some other tool will be required to convert the MOV to a PC format that subtitle workshop can load.

Did you need something like I've done here : https://github.com/UltraStars3000/alive-contribution I actually have updated Begin.ddv.srt but there is a little disyncronised. I'll syncronise it as soon as possible.
