With the item, you can bind it to a beacon in a world. When you'll want to teleport at the beacon coordinates, you can place the balise in your rocket inventory and if the player go in the same dimension as the balise, the lander will be teleported at the balise's coords.
The item, when it's bound to a beacon, will show the coordinates and the world where is the beacon.
The translation key are in the default language (us) in all the lang files except in fr_fr and ca_fr (They has been translated)
For the moment, the item doesn't have textures.
Note : I also need to change/create somes methods because right the code is a little bit a mess
