Can't see files when browsing to install #1

Running on HoloISO here, followed the procedure, but when I click "install" after running "protontricks 39140 uninstaller" I'm getting a file browser that can't see any files, just a set of empty folders.

Did you ever find a way around this? I tried using this guide last night and had the same issue. I’m somewhat tech savvy but inexperienced with Linux. Nevertheless I’m fine following guides but this issue stopped me

Hi, I am not at my computer at the moment but I think it is very likely that the file browser needs to be configured to display "invisible files/directories" which means files/directories starting with a dot ".". So you should check how to enable the file browser to display those and then you should be able to access the proper path. I know for a fact that the default storage path for the ssd on a steam deck (so it should be the same for devices using HoloISO) contains one directory starting with a dot. Hope this helps.

For me, the dialog was showing only "setup files" or something like that but when you change it to show "all executable files" it let me install Reunion (and the patch)! Hope this helps!

Also make sure you run the game once to make sure everything is created.
