Cinnabar item does not exist #6

Similar to zirconium, this item also has its name in english locale cfg file at line 128, but does not exist in the game. solution: we can either add cinnabar to the game, or remove the name from the locale file

Thought it did exist, forgot i got rid of it - fixed
