clicking on preferences buttons doesn't do anything.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. install via copying 426 unstable .app to /private/var/stash/Applications/ 
and then change permissions and respring. Then do an unnecessary reboot for 
good luck lol.

2. go into terminal, press the (i) that leads to preferences  click on any 
preference tab. 

3. watch it do nothing but keep the tab highlighted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

to have the button take me to the page, for example, click about takes me to 
the about page, click gestures, take me to gestures page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
426 unstable

Please provide any additional information below.

could be the way i installed it, however the rest of it thus far is ok. if you 
all need any debug logs or what not let me know.
