is this MobileTerminal or MobileTerminal Beta for iOS4?

I had the same issue and searched for 2 days, the answer arrived yesterday,
this is what I posted elsewhere, I hope it's good for you.

Ok, found my own answer. The MobileTerminal app which is installed by default
isn't yet iOS4 compatible.

Go to Sources and add the xSellize repository (look it up).
Next go to the Search option and enter the word 'Terminal'

You should see two options, the first being 'MobileTerminal' (ticked) from the
Cydia/Telesphoreo repository), and "MobileTerminal Beta for iOS4' from
xSellize.

Uninstall the first one, let this happen, don't queue the two together, then
install the beta for iOS4.

Terminal now functions as normal

It works for me know, thanks "madivad", you got the solution : for those who
have some difficulties to had the Xselliz source don't forget that the "X" has
to be in capital : Xselliz.com

That's it.

Thank you very much...

Michaël.

actually, the better way of doing it (I found AFTER I posted above) is in the
merged thread here: http://code.google.com/p/mobileterminal/issues/detail?id=172

But either way, I think it's the same build now. As long as it works
