Add persistent arrow buttons #206

Hi,

it would be nice to have persistent/translucent arrow buttons on screen,
ala TouchTerm.  While gestures are handy (and definitely should be kept),
the screen rubbing becomes tiresome if one has to swipe a dozen times.
Of course, the buttons could be togglable, using a button, or better,
a gesture.
