Newgrounds: fetch leader board entries and achievements status #14

After integrating fetch leader board entries and achievements status in core (issue #4), it now has to be implemented for Newgrounds client.

Closing this issue because Newgrounds is still not working as it should and so I will drop the implementation from the lib in the future.
