If starting with the update checker enabled, but without a(n) (working) internet connection, the game will crash with this report, due to an uncaught java.net.UnknownHostException.

Never mind, was using version 1.7.10-1.1.0.30, which was before 901bf5f36a9389ac8759d4879b98d64bcfb96c7.
