World corruption

Describe the bug Upon a crash caused by Project Red Illumination / CB Multipart, the whole world got corrupted with repeating crashes (and also seemingly this caused block ID shuffle). Before this crash, in chunks with Project Red multipart lamps we had other weird stuff happening, with Railcraft's Blast Furnace multiblock constantly resetting (requiring to break & replace a block) and other strange stuff.

Versions Include versions of the dependencies. And since you're looking at it, make sure ProjectRed is up to date. Don't submit bugs for old versions, as they could have been fixed.

Found different errors beforehand in the log, therefore I can't point this issue at Project Red - closing.
