Electrotine ore does not drop anything #1756

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Do some exploration off-camera and locate electrotine ore (minimum 2 blocks required).
  2. Smash an ore block with a pickaxe (I used a vanilla diamond pickaxe).
  3. Observe that you get only some XP.
  4. Smash an ore block with a pickaxe that has silk touch.
  5. Observe that you get nothing! You lose! Good day sir! >:[

Tested in both singleplayer and multiplayer.
