1.12.2 - Illuminated buttons lock to ON when pressed (Conflict with Just Enough Vehicles JEV)

Describe the bug Illuminated buttons lock in the ON position when pressed and cannot be turned off.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. place any illuminated button on any surface
2. Click on the button
3. try click on the button again to turn it off
4. button will not turn off

Expected behavior clicking the illuminated button after the first time and having the button turn off.

Versions Include versions of the dependencies. And since you're looking at it, make sure ProjectRed is up to date. Don't submit bugs for old versions, as they could have been fixed.

it turns out this is a conflict between PR and JEV (Just Enough Vehicles), an addon for JEI that shows info for mr crayfish's vehicles mod, I have no clue why this happens but removing JEV fixed the sticking button issue. here's the link to JEV (I have already posted this conflict in there github as well) https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/just-enough-vehicles
