Create struct ClickInfo

Refactor

Move constants to defines.rs
Move eframe::App implementation to gui.rs
Move custom types to types.rs
Move generic functions to utils.rs
Use ClickInfo in autoclick() to reduce fn arguments
Remove is_moving_humanlike in favor of checking vs app_mode only
