Update detection issue #121

Hi, I have an issue with the plugins update detection. This message appeared when I joined the server: tigerreports

Console message during startup:

Hi, do you use the last version of TigerReports ? Have you tried to restart your server ? I have never seen that problem, maybe that MySQL connection comes from the SpigotMC API which could have been down for some time for unknown reason, but now it seems to work normally.

Sorry for the late response, however, I can remember that there were some problems with spigotmc.org access. I couldn't reproduce this issue anymore, so I'm closing it as it was most likely caused by SpigotMC API outage.
