The tool is incredibly useful, and it would be great to see it extended to monster effects. For example, in the image below, the dragon breath is hitting a bunch of kobolds (poor little guys) but there's no way to get the same capability applied to that effect.
It would be great to see that same crosshair appear so the kobolds can roll their saving throws, then damage can be handled as normal via the module.
This is not gonna be worked on for a while, but I will add it to the list as the feature would be nice and I already have ideas for it.
For self-reference later on:
Could make Target Damage work with the "send to chat" buttons next to saving throw tags, and then add a collapsible Target Damage section to the message. Alternatively, attach such section to every time a saving throw tag exists in a message, but that will become problematic really quickly.
