v12 compatiblity #191

Extract the macro pack to a directory
- The pack is now built during CI (or manually with node ./build/pack.mjs)
Update all macros to fix the sequencer warning about the boolean args in .effect().file()
Remove warpgate dependency. Macros instead now check if warpgate is enabled
Rewrite the blacklist menu to not use warpgate
- Also added a button to the settings to open that menu
Bump verified version to v12

I cannot use the packing script, it simply fails with Error: Content of "Acid Flask.js" doesn't match regex. What is that regex for? I have npm ci and Node v21.6.1
