Generic Table DB #3

Generic Info Table needs an adjustment made to the size of Religion. It is a varchar and needs to be at least 13 in size.

Resident Type should also be a size 2 for Varchar since it will be LH or CP

Also the SSN should not be allowed to be null, neither should the name or any of the other information in the first part of the form, after than everything can be allowed to be NULL
