Error occurred while process the request

What steps will reproduce the problem?

flux Control Panel-1.0.0.1000

Please provide any additional information below.
First time installed perfectly, but the next day I run it again then it direct 
me to "http://localhost/fluxCP/?module=install" and required me to type the 
password, password fine, then enter the mySQL username and password, it's 
correct (I've login using mySQL Administrator using root username) but after 
click update then the error occurs.

Latest Version and the Version Installed is the same number e.g. 743 | 743 ...

Please update to the latest version of FluxCP and try again.
This is likely due to an error related to file management -- Flux stores logs 
that indicates which versions of the schemata have been already installed.
For this to occur, these logs must have been moved, deleted or otherwise made 
inaccessible to Flux.
